Access for customers and users
Who Knows Studios LLC is working to make its purchasing, licensing, support, and software experiences usable by people with disabilities. We aim for clear structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, labeled controls, text resizing, and understandable error messages.
Request help or report a barrier
Email admin@wks-hq.com with the page or feature, the barrier encountered, assistive technology used if relevant, and a preferred way to receive a response. We will provide reasonable assistance or an alternate method where feasible.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Third-party services may have separate accessibility features and limitations; reports about those experiences are still welcome so we can help route or address the issue. Feedback will not affect a person's ability to purchase or receive support.
