Food Truck System Purchase Terms

License purchase

A completed purchase provides a perpetual license for the Software version delivered, subject to the EULA. The order summary states the included workstations and named users. Capacity additions increase those limits but do not create a separate transferable license.

Price, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown before payment. Customer is responsible for applicable sales, use, withholding, and similar taxes, excluding taxes on Publisher's income. Card processing is performed by the payment provider identified at checkout. Publisher does not receive full payment-card numbers.

Digital delivery

After confirmed payment, Publisher sends the license key and available download instructions to the supplied email address. Customer is responsible for accurate contact information, spam filtering, compatible equipment, and retaining recovery copies. Delivery may be delayed for fraud review, payment failure, or service interruption.

Support and updates

Update and support eligibility is shown at checkout or in the customer portal. An eligible Customer receives releases made available during that period. Eligibility does not promise a particular release, feature, response time, or compatibility change. Renewing support does not alter the perpetual right to use a properly licensed older version.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

Account security

Customer must protect portal credentials, license keys, and recovery answers and promptly report suspected compromise. Publisher may temporarily hold fulfillment or account changes to verify ownership or prevent fraud.

Order records and changes

Publisher retains transaction and acceptance records for business, security, tax, and dispute purposes. Terms changes apply prospectively; the version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order.

Accuracy and authorization

The purchaser represents that submitted business, identity, billing, address, and capacity information is accurate and that the purchaser is authorized to use the payment method and bind the Customer. Publisher may reject, hold, or cancel an order reasonably suspected of error, abuse, sanctions exposure, or fraud.

Charge disputes

Customer should contact Publisher before initiating a payment dispute so the parties can review delivery, activation, and transaction records. This request does not limit card-network or statutory rights.

Governing terms

The EULA, Refund Policy, Privacy Notice, and these Purchase Terms apply to the order. Kentucky law and the venue provision in the EULA apply. If a conflict exists, the order summary controls price and capacity, while the EULA controls software use.
